At Castlerock Playgroup we are always looking for ways to involve our kids with community events. This also helps us to raise funds to help us buy some little extras throughout the year. Click the tabs below to read more on our 13/14 events.
Halloween Disco
Dust off the broomsticks and grab the face paints, an event for all ages with great music and food and drink available to purchase on the evening. This has become an annual Castlerock event

Monkey Bizzness
This is a great event for kids and adults to get involved and make a monkey of themselves. If you fancy raising some money by getting sponsored and taking part, speak to one of the team for more details.
Valentine Formal
Our Valentine gives you a great excuse to dress up and let your hair down. Taking place on 14th Feb 2013, Admission £##
Sports Day & BBQ
Sports Day 2014
The sun put it’s hat on for our annual sports day and we all had a ball. A huge crowd joined us as mummies, daddies, grandies, aunts & uncles all came along to cheer on the little ones. The parents also joined in on the action, taking part in the running, sack and piggy back (with the children, not each other!) races.
Then we had a bbq, bouncy castle and ice cream van (delicious Braemar Farm). And to top it all off the Coleraine Fire Brigade came along and the children had great fun with the fire engine.
All in all it was a fabulous day and a big thanks to the staff and committee for organising and to all parents and family for supporting and finally last but definitely not least to the children for taking part with such enthusiasm 🙂
